The best charisma apps
We make Charisma Lab, one of the seven apps below. When another app fits what you're after, we say so.
Short answer
Charisma training apps work on different things. Pick the one that matches what you want people to notice.
- How you sound when you talk (a flat or rushed voice, uptalk, trailing off): Charisma Lab.
- How a conversation goes, rehearsed out loud with an AI playing the other person: CharmXP for work and social situations, TrueRizz for dating.
- What to say and how to read people, in short lessons: Gleam or Volo.
- A daily lesson built on experts' methods, with charisma as one path: RiseGuide.
- Charisma as one part of a wider life-skills plan: Skillsta.

The seven apps
Charisma Lab
WHAT YOU DO Pick what you're preparing for (an interview, a presentation or a pitch) and tell the coach about it. Then talk. The app plays your take back so you hear what the room will hear, and the AI coach tells you what to change before you go again. Train splits delivery into 48 techniques across six skills: Presence, Clarity, Warmth, Conviction, Dynamics and Influence. Every take there gets a score out of 10. Voice Cam films you while live meters track your pitch, pace, volume and pauses.
PICK IT IF your words are fine and people still drift off when you say them.
BEFORE YOU PAY iPhone and iPad. Setup is free and includes a short live session with the coach. After that, the app needs Pro, which is $14.99 a month in the US. There's no free plan. Eligible new subscribers can start with a free trial. We're new, so we only have 14 ratings. Pricing and canceling · App Store listing
CharmXP
WHAT YOU DO Choose a scenario (a job interview, a networking event or a social situation) and talk it through by voice with an AI that adapts to your tone and the flow of the conversation. After each session you get a report on clarity, empathy and engagement. Short lessons cover charisma, storytelling, active listening and body language, and you earn XP as you move up to harder scenarios.
PICK IT IF you want to rehearse a specific conversation before you have it.
BEFORE YOU PAY Its listing says the AI scenarios, full lessons and reports need a subscription. One month of CharmXP Pro is $24.99, and its other plans are listed from $3.79 to $87.90 without saying how long each one lasts. App Store listing
RiseGuide
WHAT YOU DO Learn one idea a day in lessons drawn from the methods of neuroscientists, authors, performers and other experts. Its lesson paths cover communication, confidence and charisma, personal branding, and intelligence and memory. Lessons come with quizzes, cheat sheets, workbooks and flashcards, and a search tool called SEEK answers questions from expert material.
PICK IT IF you'd rather do a short lesson each day than rehearse a conversation out loud.
BEFORE YOU PAY A subscription unlocks all features, and the listing says a free trial is available. RiseGuide lists $29.99 a month, $9.99 a week or $69.99 to $79.99 a year. App Store listing
Gleam
WHAT YOU DO Work through short, scenario-based lessons, quizzes and practice conversations on social skills and emotional intelligence: small talk, dating, networking, interviews, negotiation and public speaking. It also gives AI feedback on your communication style.
PICK IT IF the hard part is knowing what to say and reading the other person.
BEFORE YOU PAY Gleam lists $12.99 a month, with yearly plans from $39.99 to $89.99. A membership opens all courses. App Store listing
Volo
WHAT YOU DO Tell it your goals and it builds a plan of lessons that take a few minutes each, with exercises, quizzes and recaps. Topics include social confidence, small talk, body language and presence, charisma and first impressions, and public speaking. Streaks and milestones track your progress.
PICK IT IF you want a few minutes a day on social confidence.
BEFORE YOU PAY Volo's listing offers a free trial, then a monthly or yearly plan: $9.99 a month or $39.99 to $69.99 a year. Volo also lists a $9.99 weekly plan. App Store listing
Skillsta
WHAT YOU DO Take lessons of about 10 minutes a day on skills like confidence, storytelling, body language, active listening and charisma, then try them out in AI role plays.
PICK IT IF charisma is one of several skills you want to work on.
BEFORE YOU PAY Skillsta's listing says the 3-day free trial is for the weekly plan, which is $9.99 a week. One month of Skillsta is $19.99, three months are $39.99, and yearly plans are listed from $12.99 to $89.99. App Store listing
TrueRizz
WHAT YOU DO Practice openers and flirting in voice conversations with AI personas. The AI reads your tone, pacing and sentiment, then scores your confidence and authenticity with tips on your delivery. Its four levels cover mindset, the approach, holding a conversation and non-verbal attraction.
PICK IT IF you want to rehearse dating conversations. Its listing is written for men.
BEFORE YOU PAY Voice AI, feedback and the training levels need a subscription, and the listing says you can start a free trial. TrueRizz's Premium plans are listed from $4.99 to $59.99 without saying how long each one lasts. App Store listing
How to choose
- Pick one thing you'll say for real this week, like your answer to "Tell me about yourself." Record it on your phone and play it back.
- If the words were the problem, choose lessons or an AI roleplay. If the words were fine and the delivery fell flat, choose an app that measures how you sound and has you say it again.
- Before you subscribe, check whether there's a free trial and how to cancel. Here's ours.

How we checked
Ratings and rating counts are Apple's US App Store figures. Prices come from each app's US in-app purchase list on the App Store. The descriptions summarize each app's own App Store listing. Everything was checked on November 5, 2026. Prices change and differ by country, so check the listing before you pay. Found a mistake? Tell us and we'll fix it.
Practice how you come across
AI can write what you'll say. People still judge how you say it. Charisma Lab is a private place to say it out loud first: the interview answer, the update, the pitch. You hear each take played back, and the coach tells you what to change. Get it on the App Store.
